Joshua Levy is the managing partner of the Miami office of Silver, Levy, Feldman & Bass, P.A. Mr. Levy received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of Wisconsin and he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami Law School in 1993. Between these degrees, he worked in Washington, D.C. for a United States Senator from Minnesota, his home state, and coached high school basketball in the evenings.

Mr. Levy is a member of the Florida Bar and is also licensed to practice in the Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He practices in all areas of civil litigation, but with an emphasis on personal injury defense and workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Levy donates his time to civic matters and currently sits as a volunteer on the Loan Review Committee for the City of Miami Beach. Outside of the court room, Mr. Levy can be found swinging his baby girl at a local park and cooking Italian delicacies.
