Scott A. Silver graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy. He is a registered pharmacist and has practiced pharmacy in both clinical and retail settings. He graduated Cum Laude, receiving his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. His practice of law includes civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts, with an emphasis on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and product liability defense. Mr. Silver is the managing partner of the West Palm Beach office. He is a member of the Florida Bar; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; American Bar Association; Palm Beach County Bar Association; Dade County Defense Bar Association; Florida Defense Lawyers Association; the Defense Research Institute; the American Society for Pharmacy Law; and the Ft. Lauderdale Claims Association. He enjoys scuba diving, camping, and boating.
